Thisjob opening requires an individual to possess a High school diplomaor to have a general education degree (GED) or else, one should haveone to two years of experience or/and training. A person must havethe capacity of reading and comprehending simple instructions, memos,and short correspondence. Ability of effectively presentinginformation in small group and one-on-one situations to clients aswell as other employees in the organization is also a criticalrequirement. Besides, math ability is a critical requirement for thejob an individual must have the ability of adding, subtracting,multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure. The individualmust also have the capacity of computing rates, ratios, percentages,as well interpreting bar graphs. Ihave met the requirements for this job. I have a degree in businessadministration – accounting option from the New York University. Ihave gained accounting experience, while learning in the institutionsince I volunteered to work in the accounts office, where I wasengaged in responsibilities such as recording, interpreting andreporting of financial information. Besides, I have proficiency incomputer and have ability of using accounting software such asQuickbooks, Pastel, and Sage. In addition, I hold exceptionalcommunication skills, which implies that I can read and understandinstructions well. Furthermore, I have good calculation ability thatimplies that I can be in a position to work with any unit of measure.
